Given the practical therapeutic difficulties encountered by many students and young, inexperienced practitioners in the medical profession in the treatment of many common illnesses encountered in our community, we felt it necessary to put together this book to clarify and simplify the task of our healthcare professionals in the clinical and medicinal management of patients.

This manual entitled "MY POCKET CLINICAL AND THERAPEUTIC GUIDE" approaches clinical pharmacology in a more practical way with an approach by pathology by highlighting all the knowledge that the practitioner must have in order to better understand the strategy of a treatment. Initiated, in order to better contribute to the therapeutic optimization in a patient.

In this work, the pathologies are approached and distributed by systems or by heading (Digestive system, Respiratory system, Infectiology, nervous system, cardiovascular system, Hematology, etc.). This approach thus makes it possible to better make the connection between physiology and pathology on the one hand, and on the other hand the mechanism of action of prescribed drugs in order to better understand why these drugs are used in said pathology.

In addition, a special section on "therapeutic patient education" is covered; very practical part which illustrates the advice (in particular the hygiene and dietary rules) that the practitioner must give to the patient concerning the treatment, monitoring and recommendations in order to optimize the results of the therapeutic management of the patient.

This book addresses the curative aspects, and to a lesser extent the preventive aspects, of the main current pathologies encountered in the field. The list is not exhaustive but covers most of the needs of our community.
